The Fliteway professional coaching team adheres to the highest standards of professionalism and are registered members of and governed by Skate Canada. Our goal is not only to produce excellent athletes but to empower our skaters to become confident leaders in all aspects of their lives. Our team mission is to create a positive, safe, and motivating environment geared towards training athletes to their full potentials.
All members of our professional coaching team must maintain good standing in the following:
- Registered professional coach member with Skate Canada
- NCCP-trained/ certified status via the National Coaching Certification Program
- Valid police record checks
- Valid First Aid/ CPR training
- Respect in Sport Course
- Making Ethical Decisions Course
